BIFCO PLUMBING AND SEWER was established in 1972 by Robert S. Flewelling, Sr., Robert S. Flewelling, Jr. and Rueben Flewelling began as proprietors in 1988.   In 2006, Robert moved on to other endeavors placing Rueben Flewelling at the helm.  Rueben has taken the family business to a new level of plumbing service.
